1.    Composition of 23 rolls straightening machine

The stretching bending straightening machine is equipped with 8 sets of tension rollers. The tension rollers are divided into two groups according to the arrangement of the units. They are the inlet tension roller group and the outlet tension roller group, respectively, and the tension between them is straightening tension. It is combined with the uncoiling tension and the winding tension to form the three section tension control of the unit. The 6# tension roll speed is the base speed of the unit, and the speed difference of the unit before and after the straightening section can realize the control of the unit elongation. The unit's 4# unit is a triple bending unit, and the 5# unit is a 23 roll multi roll straightener. The function is to strengthen the bending stress release.

2.    Structure of multi roll bending straightener

2.1  Bending unit

The bending unit is composed of three sets of bending roll system and its lifting mechanism, upper and lower frame. Bending rolls into three groups of six type structure, three groups of work roll diameter were 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, were less than the work roll straightening machine. After forming a small bending roll, the tapes form a wrapping angle, resulting in small deformation radius, which makes the deformation of the strip bigger. After three large deformations, the deformation stress inside the strip is fully released, making the strip shape flatten. The strip passes through the diameter of three 12mm ,13mm, 14mm diameter rolls, roller diameter increasing, the deformation is more and more small, straight shape. The lower roll system of each group of rolls can be adjusted individually and up. The user can adjust the size of the wrapping angle of the strip in each roll system according to the different strip shape. The larger the angle of the package, the greater the deformation of the strip. The bending element has obvious improvement effect on the shape of thin strip and hard strip.

2.2  23 roll precision roller straightener  

23 roller straightening machine adopts the working roll and small diameter alternating bending strip, tensile stress and bending stress superposition, the unequal longitudinal strip in the full thickness of fibrous tissue and is plastic elongation elongated, elastic contraction to maintain the same length in full width, reduce or eliminate lead to internal stress of plate strip bad shape, to obtain high flatness. 

2.3  Press and tilt mechanism of straightener

Two AC motors and reducers drive the worm and the worm in two worm gear reducers separately, so that the worm can not rotate and only drive the upper and lower rolls to move up and down. Two motors rotate at the same time, the upper roller system entry and outlet are pressed down simultaneously, displacement sensor is used for precise control, and the repetitive positioning accuracy is controlled by 0.005mm. The upper roller system is tilted to adjust the entry and outlet motors to rotate asynchronously, one side keeps the same position, the other side is pressed down or lifted separately, thus the upper roll system is tilted. 

2.4  Working roll arrangement

The roller system is composed of 23 work rolls, 25 middle rollers and backup rolls. The work roll arrangement is interlaced, up 11, down 12, the work roll and intermediate roll on staggered to 12, down 13. To facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of the roller system, the work rolls, middle rollers and backup rollers in the upper roller system can be replaced as a whole. The down roll system can be taken out or taken out individually with the upper roller device, and the roll changing time is 0.5 hours. Roller system adopts servo cylinder adjustment (three individually adjustable), work roll diameter 16mm.

2.5  Adjustment mechanism of roll crown of lower part

Three groups of servo cylinders are used to push the wedge movement on the frame, so that the lower supporting rolls move up or down or reach the working position and indirectly adjust the crown of the work rolls.

The strip passes through 23 working rolls, forming different angle wrapping angles on each work roll, resulting in bending deformation. The inlet side angle is large, and the outlet side angle is small. After multiple bending rolls and tension stretching, the strip extends the relatively short part of the strip, while the relatively long part of the strip is smaller or not extended, so that the strip is straight. There is great for strip edge wave, through the adjustment of the roll crown, the work roll intermediate raised strip in the middle part of the middle section of the work roll surface extension, and extends on both sides, eventually making the strip in the width direction of the same length, thereby eliminating strip edge wave. 3.    Technical advantages of stretch bending straightening
