1. CPC/EPC System Overview
AMC CPC/EPC rectification electro hydraulic servo control system is a special matching system for continuous correction CPC (Center Position Control) /EPC (Edge Position Control) for non transparent strip, for steel, rubber and paper industry.
It is mainly composed of high precision and high response of CCD sensor (including detector and preamplifier), infrared light source, SIEMENS PLC controller, ATOS proportional servo valve, AMC amplifier, control box, box type fixed bracket, rod displacement sensor, hydraulic valve, pump station system. CCD sensor detection range of width of up to 600mm, so the measured strip width had a greater change, there is no need to change the relative position of the detector, the light filter, the sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong anti-jamming capability, can work reliably in shading strong environment.
2. CPC/EPC System Function
Auto Control: automatic control model with difference signal both ends of the bracket CCD as compared with zero feedback, the error signal is the output of a corresponding control signal to the servo valve, the signal is converted into hydraulic power to drive the hydraulic cylinder to push the uncoiler move, indirectly promote the coil always in the center in rolling.
Auto Center Control: self centering control model with a displacement sensor signal deviation correcting device as compared with zero feedback, the error signal is the output of a corresponding control signal to the proportional servo valve, servo valve converts the signal into the hydraulic power to drive the hydraulic cylinder,and to move correction device in the center, easy to strip pass.
Manual Control : manual control mode, that is, the signal on the operation table (forward / backward) is used to position the given signal, so that the rectifying device can stay at any position.
Step Control: manual mode,moving oil cylinder(forward / backward).
3. Control Accuracy
CPC strip deviation control accuracy of less than 1mm;
EPC strip deviation control accuracy of less than 1mm;
