4-Hi Rolling Mill for Lithium Strip
The 355mm four-roll precision hydraulic mill developed by our company has been successfully applied to the rolling of rare metal lithium. The main rolling mill adopts servo drive system and the unit is controlled by Siemens PLC. Full hydraulic pressure, computer roll gap automatic control (APC). The hydraulic APC system adopts two-stage computer control, with constant roll gap position closed loop, constant rolling force pressure closed loop, pre-compression by automatic control and other functions. The production process interlocking and fault alarm of the unit adopt Siemens PLC programmable control to realize the automation of the production process. The unit has the functions of pre-setting of process parameters, process parameters and detection, display and alarm of key parameters of the equipment.
